The church was full as Chris Hindal preached Sunday morning, July 11 at Good News Baptist Church, Grand Rapids, Mich. Pastor Karl Pike expressed excitement regarding the direction of the GARBC and was pleased to have the International Ministries presented to the church family. The Hindals spoke with several individuals who have had cross-cultural experience or are anticipating it. The church, which has sent out 11 missionaries from its congregation, is heavily invested in the relief efforts of Haiti.

Second Trip to Haiti
Chris Hindal returned from a 10-day trip to northern Haiti on Monday, April 26. The first weekend, he visited churches in Cap Haitian, the second largest city in Haiti. These churches are affiliated with Pastor Jocelyn Dorcin, GARBC Haitian pastor of Jehovah Chamma Baptist Church in Greenacres, Fla. One church-start in Cap Haitian meets under trees, but the members want to purchase land and build. “Got Heart?” Missions Conference
BEVERLY HILLS, Fla.—Heritage Baptist Church’s annual four-day missions conference, “Got Heart?” was an appropriate fit for the month of February.
Heritage Baptist, located along the northwest shore of Florida, is led by Pastor David Hamilton. Chris and Deb Hindal, along with Pete and Darla Ringelberg, missionary builders with Continental Baptist Missions, took part in the conference’s Sunday and weeknight services and panel discussion.
Hindal’s Kick Off Missions Emphasis Month
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla.—Chris and Deb Hindal kicked off Sun Coast Baptist Church’s missions emphasis month by introducing the church to the international ministries of the GARBC.
