Bronson is a small town in south central Michigan. Pastor John & Ruth Fields have served First Baptist Church for 12 years. The congregation demonstrated their love for their pastor and wife with a special gift to commemorate their 45^th wedding anniversary. The Hindals ministered there on Sunday, July 25, 2010, sharing the ministries of Gospel Literature Services and the International Partnership. Pastor Fields has been educating the congregation on the benefits of the Michigan State Fellowship as well as the GARBC. He commented that it was excellent having the International Ministries presented as it gave the congregation a better understanding of the association’s global influence. As the invitation was given at the close of the service, one person raised their hand indicating their need for salvation and several indicated a fresh commitment to serving the Lord.

Philippine Thank You for RBP Materials

I do praise and thank the Lord that at last I saw your e mail address on your letter from the box of Sunday School materials we received from you just recently. In behalf of the church, I would like to Very Much Thank You and the
RBP for the Christian Literature, such as Sunday School and VBS materials you faithfully send to us all through the years. Despite that in the past years,ever since you started sending us these very valuable christian literature, we
haven’t sent you any acknowledgments, only now I guess.

We would like to assure you that we are joyfully using these valuable materials in the ministry for God’s Honor and Glory. We also share these materials to our four mission/church outreaches therefore we usually divide and distribute, and it varies depending on how many boxes we receive from you.

Please don’t stop sending us these free christian materials. They are always a Great Blessing from you.

Flooding in Noney, India

I would like to give up special prayer request to you all, regarding the natural calamity effected to our ministry campus on last 10th June 2010. There was a great flood came to our Noney area (Tamenglong District, Manipur) this kind of flood is the fisrt time that we have seen in our own eyes in our district of Tamenglong. During that flood time our Ministry campus too effected very badly, distroyed/ demaged our hostel ketchen and carried away some of our properties now we are facing lot of difficuties /inconvenience., we need strong retaining wall/river embankment to protect such kind of great flood again. There were many houses, people, lands, paddy field and others effected/detroyed by the flooded. Now in our areas many people are suffering from this natural calamity effected (including our school students,orphans and staffs)

This is our request that kindly do pray for us and our ministry ( school students , teachers and orphans) so that God will protect and meet all the needs in the days to come

Ladies’ Class

On Wednesday, the ladies and I continued our study on the theme “I’m A Proverb’s 31 Woman” where we affirmed together “I am a wise woman!”. Through our study of God’s word we discussed and committed to applying Godly wisdom in dealing with the situations we face. To respond to their repeated requests, in September 2010 we will revert to twice monthly meetings, that is, the first and third Wednesdays each month at 5.15 p.m. just before prayer meeting.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

The announcement is on radio all week but we also went visiting yesterday afternoon to invite parents of the community to send their children to Vacation Bible School. VBS will be held 2-16 July 2010 under the theme “All of me, All out for God” (Mark 12:30-31). VBS will conclude with a special service on Sunday, July 18, 2010.

Deaf Ministry

Br Ricky continues his faithful service to God signing our Sunday evening services for the Deaf. Our Pastor now conducts the Wednesday evening service for the deaf and hearing with multi-media facilities while he also signs for the Deaf. We covet your prayers for the Deaf. Last month s Deaf young man was charged for murder and is in Police custody. Then just six weeks ago a deaf young woman who was struck down on the road went to be with the Lord. Please help us pray that our God will use these situations to cause the deaf to draw nearer to Him and depend on Him in greater ways.
