The Little River Baptist Church, Sao Paulo, Brazil, warmly welcomed Chris and Deb Hindal as their speaker on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Pastor Dorivaldo, the Brazilian pastor, has served this congregation for 33 years. The Hindals greatly appreciated the worship time led by the pastor’s sons, a worship team and several instruments. Chris preached in the morning service through a Portuguese translator and they enjoyed the communion service with these Portuguese believers. Using Power Point, Chris presented the needs of Haiti during the Sunday School hour. The Brazilian congregation of a couple of hundred people graciously received an offering in the evening service for Haiti relief. The Hindals were touched by the sensitivity and generosity of the Brazilian people as they gave an offering of almost $600 US to assist their brothers and sisters in Haiti.
