Northfield (Ohio) Baptist Church fills its auditorium on Sunday mornings for the 9:30 worship service. On Sunday, Aug. 24 Chris Hindal, accompanied by his wife, Deb, preached for a few minutes and gave an overview of the GARBC International Ministries, of which he is director.
Chris says, “It is often that people come up after the service and exclaim that they had no idea that the GARBC had such a broad impact around the world.”
One of the primary reasons the Hindals minister in churches on Sunday mornings is to increase that awareness and challenge the churches and individuals with the opportunity to invest in international ministries that agree with their own doctrine and emphasize church planting.
Pastor Mark Ashley has been ministering at Northfield Baptist for 22 years. The church is involved in multifaceted outreach ministries, including SummerFest for kids, golf outings, Word of Life clubs, and Northfield Christian School.
