SEBRING, Fla.—Southside Baptist Church changed the format of its missions conference this year and considered it very successful. Three missionary families participated, including Chris and Deb Hindal, Dr. Jim and Anna Bearss of On Target Ministry, and Dr. Jack and Sandy Sorg of International Health Ministry from ABWE.
The Hindals presented GLS and the International Partnership on Sunday evening and were involved in Children’s church, Awana, the youth ministry, and Heartland Christian Academy. Deb gave a report at the Sunshine State Ladies’ Missionary Fellowship on Tuesday and that group took on GLS shipping for their next year’s project. Southside Baptist Church did a good job organizing the conference and treated the missionaries royally.
