BANGKOK—The first biennial conference of the IPFBM began gathering Nov. 4 from the four corners of the planet. Two busloads left from the Bangkok International Airport to join others who had arrived by car and taxi to commence this multinational event. The Thai Bible School students greeted each attendee with a lei of orchids and a cold drink. The afternoon time of fellowship brought together old friends. It was especially rewarding to Dr. Mark Jackson, who was so heavily involved in the early stages of the formation of the IPFBM, to be reunited with global colleagues. After registration and the evening meal together, Dr. John Greening challenged the conferees with the keynote message titled “Together We Can Accomplish More.”
