He is now pursuing graduate work at Faith Baptist Bible Seminary, Ankeny, Iowa. His father, Dr. Chatla Devasahayam, is president of the Indian fellowship. Wesley sends the following letter regarding the fellowship’s ministry.

At Dr. J. Frank Davis High School, one of our national holidays, Independence Day, was celebrated on Aug. 15 and children participated in cultural programs. They were reminded of the sacrifices made by great men because of whom we have the freedom today and also their responsibility towards the country. Annual sports days were held and the children enjoyed competing with their friends and winning prizes. Children finished the first term exams well and the new staff is doing fairly well.

Along with the children, the teaching and the non-teaching staff from few non-Christian backgrounds also have an opportunity to know about the Savior when the children are taught through Christian teachers.

We praise God for His provision and are grateful for the godly people who stretched out their hands to get our school recognition work done. We are thankful to God for his blessings. Now it is officially called Dr. J. Frank Davis High School and we are permitted to have admissions from kindergarten through 10th grade. Please pray, as 82 percent of kids come from a Hindu background and 4 percent from Islam. Our desire is that they will learn about Christ and receive Him as their personal Savior.

We praise God for the way He provided $19,827.83 for our school bus project. The project needs $4,923.17 to be complete. It is our prayer and anticipation to see this project close by Dec. 31.
