MacDouglas Ampadu is president of the Association of Fundamental Baptist Churches in Ghana. He and his wife, Patience, send the following ministry highlights:
Set Time Baptist Church
Last August, Set Time Baptist Church baptized and received into fellowship six new converts. Even though we have suffered some losses from moving to our present location, we thank God for adding to our numbers according to His own pleasure.
We are still trusting the Lord for GHC 10,000 towards our church building. Please continue to bear this project before the throne of grace.
We have 20 students surrendering their lives to Christ as Lord and Savior as a result of taking lessons. Do pray for more souls to be saved and many lives to be transformed.
Pastors’ Training Conference
Two conferences were held in Ho and Sunyani this year. We had about 200 church leaders benefiting from this year’s conference. All participants had a set of eight books to assist them in their ministries. Praying for more participants in the coming years, should the Lord tarry and grant us grace.
Association of Fundamental Baptist Churches, Ghana
By His grace, the Fundamental Baptist Hour, a TV outreach ministry of the association is thriving. For the past six months, God, through faithful pastors and Christians who prayed and gave, has sustained this program on air. Many are the testimonies received about the blessedness of this ministry. Please do pray for more partners to keep it on air and also more souls to be saved and transformed.
We thank God for the new academic year. Instruction has started in earnest at the Ghana Baptist Theological Institute, Haatso, Accra, where I lecture. Thank God for the 12 students who have enrolled for ministerial training. This semester, I am teaching church history. Do pray for more grace and good health as we serve the Lord in training men for the ministry.
We greatly appreciate your partnership.
