“He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him” (Psalm 126:6).

The challenge to us as Christians has never been greater than it is today. Bringing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to a lost soul should be the greatest joy that any Christian would desire. All of us would find opportunities to minister to the unsaved if we will only look for them. The solution to mankind’s problems can come only through preaching the grace of God.

In the midst of difficulties and troubles, the Lord is doing great things through us, and we are thankful to Him for that. Let me mention to you what the Lord is doing and what things are needed for ministries.

I. Bible College Ministry
As I mentioned in my previous prayer letter, 150 young people are being trained at our Bible college, where we emphasize the balance of theology and practical. Every Sunday morning, students go out for Sunday School ministry. Now we have 31 Sunday School classes at different places. Most of the children are from Buddhist families, and our goal is to reach their parents through the children. Every Sunday morning we preach the gospel to 520–535 children. Students go very far on foot or by public transport. Last year we bought 20 bicycles for this outreach ministry, but all of them became worn out; we do need new bicycles for Sunday children’s ministry. One bicycle can carry two students and can reach at least 50 non-Christian children in a month. A good and strong bicycle costs $200. We need 20 bicycles for this outreach ministry. Will you pray and give for that bicycle project?

II. Church Planting/Missionary Movement
(1) Moses and other three missionaries: This team works in eastern Shan State at China-Myanmar border and Loas-Myanmar border among Akha people, who are animists. We praise the Lord that five persons took a water baptism last month as a result of their conversion. That area is a politically unrest area, always fighting, civil war, very hard and dangerous place. The gospel is the power of God.
(2) Missionary Ral Lian Hmung: This young man worked at Taungdwinkyi town last year, but no fruit within a year, and so the missions committee encouraged him to reach the Mon tribe in Tathung town, and he went there last month. According to his recent report, now he has six disciples and eight high school students who come to him for English grammar class. Recently we bought a bicycle for him, and he can visit more places. He requests that people pray for a motor bike for him.
(3) Missionary Grace Ngun Nei Thang: He has been in Matupi town; he started a house church. We send two ladies to help him, and the ministry is growing. They need a mission house for worship, discipleship training, and children’s Bible class. They have been struggling for a church building in the center of the town. We sent five carpenters from Yangon city to help build the church building. Now building funds is over, $5,000 more is still needed to finish the building. If they can finish that church building, there will be more church members. Will you pray and give for that church building project?

III. Children’s Home Ministry
Five young people are from our Hope Children’s Home; after they finished their matriculation, they joined our Bible college willingly in order to become missionaries. And from Grace Children’s Home, nine young people joined our Bible college in order that they might become useful gospel workers. I hope they will be a faithful and successful missionaries in the near future.

I really appreciate your prayer and financial support. Without your support, this precious ministry in Myanmar could not be carried out.

Yours in His vineyard,
