Please be in prayer with us for:

Our Family

1. Pray that our family, including those married and their families, will maintain good health and continually walk closer with the Lord in His service.

2. I should be undergoing cataract surgery on my right eye in about a month’s time. The left one was done about 12 years ago.

3. Pray for Joshua, who is in his third year in college, and for his needs.

4. Pray for Debbie Kennedy Otwey in her pregnancy and for a speedy recovery.

Church Plants

People are gladly receiving the Word and professing Christ but find it difficult to break ties with their dead churches to join Bible-believing, Christ-honoring churches. Please pray for them.

Ministry Funds

1. Our six-bedroom, ocean-view missionary guest house/Bible school building is 90 percent complete. We need about $15,000 to complete the house and plan to tackle construction in pieces as the Lord provides.

2. A church building is needed for Mumford outreach. We have been blessed with two plots of land, with the property documented already. The project is estimated to cost at least $40,000. We have to raise 25 percent of the cost ($10,000). Please pray with us to raise the $10,000 or the $40,000 to keep going. The church is growing and cannot fit in one public school building where we meet for services.

3. Purchasing land for Apam Church, Kasoa outreach, and Crossroads Baptist Church in Accra.

New Ministry Office

Our Southern Ghana MABMI and ROGMA office in Accra has been relocated to Apam, where our Central Region Ministries is based. Instead of renting a room for an office, we are building one spacious office on the family property. We have given three plots to the church for missions. Pray with us for funds to complete it.

Visit with Sending Church in Liberia

Plans to visit a sending church in Liberia are still under prayerful consideration. We are working with church leaders for a good time to visit and hold a weeklong believers’ conference. Pray with us for finances, since my wife and I have not been there for a long time and, as spiritual parents, have a lot of children and grandchildren to visit with.

Ghana’s Election 2012

2012 is a critical presidential and parliamentary year. Political tension mounts every now and then for power. Nevertheless, our God has always been in control (Proverbs 8:14–16). Pray with us for continued peace, stability, and tranquility before, during, and after the elections.
