Tomorrow afternoon I’ll leave Indonesia to go to Singapore. On June 28, Dito will undergo corneal transplant surgery to his right eye. Please continue to pray for this operation. Pray that God will bless the doctors and their teams. Pray for the success of the transplant surgery and the healing process. Dito and Dewi will be in Singapore until July 13, before 
they return to Indonesia.
July 9–14 are the dates for the Sumatra Mission Conference 2012. Our original plan was to hold two major events: Baptist teachers’ training and training for local pastors. But we had trouble finding speakers for the teachers’ training, so the training has been postponed until September.
On the conference dates one doctor and two nurses will come. These health professionals 
are experts in breast surgery. They will train doctors and nurses of Imanuel Hospital and will provide free surgery for about 20 patients. Pastor Steve Overholt, missionary with the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism, will come too. He will hold a workshop for pastoral workers of Imanuel Hospital.
Please continue to pray for the preparation of the July events. Pray for us to find speakers who can provide teachers’ training in school management, classroom management, discipline in the classroom, and creative teaching (math, etc).
