Josiah Abedu Kennedy is vice president of the Association of Fundamental Baptist Churches in Accra, Ghana. He sends the following ministry update.

Ministry at Crossroads Baptist Church, East Legon, is moving on well. By God’s grace, six people were baptized, two families joined our church, and our disciples program is working well. We were able to distribute over 1,000 gospel tracts. I had many opportunities to present the Word in three schools.

Our Vacation Bible School for 2019 was hosted by eight churches for a period of six weeks. The Lord blessed, with over 3,500 children in attendance and more then 450 professing Christ as Savior and Lord. VBS has been of great blessing to our ministry. It has enabled us to reach out into the homes of these children with the gospel.

Ministry at Crossroads Baptist Church at Dodowa is also growing. Even though our targeted people group for VBS were teenagers, some of the parents of these children have begun to worship with us. Glory to Him! Please keep us in prayers as we plan by the end of this month to start another Sunday afternoon Bible study time.

Hope Community Baptist Church, our last church plant, is doing great. Pastor Paul shares with me that they baptized five people recently. There has been a TV opportunity for him to present the gospel once a week. Rejoice with us in all that the Lord is doing with us here.
