Victor Vula is director and principal of Victory International School in Myanmar and leads Victory Community Chapel. Civil unrest continues in Myanmar, after the military overtook the government in 2021. Victor sends the following ministry update.

Please continue to pray for Myanmar. Fighting is still going on in many parts of the country: houses burned; more and more people die and are displaced, including the surrounding areas of my home village in Chin state, where my mom, sisters’ families, church members, and many other villagers are fleeing to Indian border.

Our ministry partners experience difficulty bringing supplies because of an ongoing war and restriction to bring help. Please continue to pray that the conflict in Myanmar will end soon and for our effort to reach more people with their basic needs and the gospel of Christ.

Victory Community Chapel can still meet on Sunday to worship God in our house. We hope and pray that we can start children’s Sunday School as well, sometime soon. We are grateful to God that among the 12 missionary pastors we are partnering with, and which VCC is supporting for their training programs at Preacher Academy, six of them are finishing their two-year program.
