From the last two days onward we have been facing effects of Cyclone Nivar in my East Godavari region: heavy winds with heavy rainfall. It has been raining here for 48 hours. So many houses are destroyed; nine deaths are noted in my region.
Our volunteers are actively involved in the relief works, such as shifting rehabilitation centers and providing food, medicine, and spiritual guidance. By the grace of God, deaths are not noted in our church people group. This is the fourth time we have faced cyclones this year. From our fishermen church group, people suffered a lot with this situation. From our church group seven members have lost their homes and everything they have.
Please continue to pray for this suffering people groups to withstand their faith in Christ and look up for the Lord’s grace.
