Dr. Ishak Ahmed is president of Northeast India Baptist Bible College and Seminary in Silchar, Assam, India. He sends the following ministry report.

The Northeast India Baptist Bible College operated with about 70 students this last year. Seventeen new students joined, while 16 students graduated with various degrees. In addition to the seven regular teachers, three part-time teachers taught during the year. Forty-three students were granted scholarships (nine full scholarships and 34 half scholarships). Students hailed from six northeastern states.

Pastoral Enrichment Program  (PEP) was conducted this past year (once in a month) for local pastors and upcoming leaders in Bengali. On average, 20–25 persons attend the program. In addition to what they learn in the classroom, the pastors get a good opportunity to meet with each other. They come from two districts of Assam state and one district of Manipur state. Two classes are taught in a day, and the pastors return after lunch. This program supplements the ministry of NEIBBC, as the program teaches pastors who could not attend Bible college.
