Gore Tamang is an Indian missionary sent out from the New Testament Baptist Church
Association, Churachandpur, Manipur, India, into Nepal.
We thank God for His faithfulness and goodness to us in His ministries. Yes, He has done great works in Nepal in 2012. They are as follows:
Shalom Baptist Church (Gore Tamang and Purna Tamang)
We have shared the Good News with 705 unbelievers. Three people accepted the Lord as their personal Savior. Their names are Sanjana Rai, Raj Kumar Rai, and Deep Kumari Niraola. Six new converts were baptized, and 10 new believers were added to this church.
At Shalom Baptist Church we have conducted several seminars, such as a marriage and family seminar, discipleship seminar, and leadership seminar with Rev. H. C. Stephen and Clare Jewell, as well as at Sunkhani and Kutal.
We have helped many sick people and some needy students. Please kindly pray for Shalom Baptist Church.
Sunkhani Baptist Church (Aron Tamang)
We shared the gospel with more than 113 unbelievers. Two people accepted the Lord as their personal Savior. Five new converts were baptized.
We built two toilets at the church building. Other house fellowships are being conducted at Phedi goan and Vanjang.
Sanatan Mukti Church (Hom Tamang)
We shared the gospel with 103 unbelievers. Two new converts were baptized.
The orphanage wall was rebuilt, and one-day women’s seminar was held.
Gorkha area or Amalapani ministry (Padam and Lalita Gurung)
We shared the gospel with more than 60 unbelievers. Seven people have accepted the Lord as their personal Savior. There new converts were baptized.
We built a toilet for the church. The leaders are also holding fellowship at Bhalusowar village.
