We just interviewed more than 25 baptismal candidates to be baptized next Sunday.  The Discipleship class graduated 23 students who completed basic Bible doctrines. Regarding our Bible School ministry, Pastor Barnes and I just return from teaching at the Bong Mine Theological Institute. In fact, ten students will be graduating on July 18 from the institute. The next module at the Jake Memorial Baptist College has begun. I am teaching the Book of Romans.

Please pray for

  1. My Visa. I have been invited to attend a mission conference in New York in August and need a visa. I will be going to the embassy next week for the interview. Pray they will grant me a visa.
  2. Our Building construction. The next phase of our home building construction will be starting in August when the rains cease a bit. We have more than 3,000 bricks and will need loads of sand, crushed rocks and steel rods.
  3. Flooding at the parsonage. Today it rained the whole day. The water has come close to the back porch again. The filling will start soon.
  4. Pastor Moses U-Joe Weidehgar’s wife Helena. Sister Helena has been very sick for close to a year now. She is paralyzed in both legs. The doctors have not been able to diagnose her case. The

family is thinking about taking her to Ghana.  Pastor Weidehgar is the pastor of the Matadi Baptist Church and teacher at the Jake Memorial Baptist College.

  1. The children school. School will be opening in September and we want to put all of the children in school including the two little ones.

May God richly bless you all.
