Rwanda government has created new rules that are impacting our IPFBM partners there. 34 churches were closed as a result of these new building codes, and pastors were given 5 years to get an accredited bachelors degree. While these new codes and regulations create an initial hardship, we are praying God uses it for his glory and strengthens he local church.
