In Bronson, a small town in south central Michigan, Chris and Deb Hindal ministered at First Baptist Church, sharing the ministries of Gospel Literature Services and the International Partnership. Pastor John Fields has been educating the congregation on the benefits of the Michigan Association of Regular Baptist Churches as well as the GARBC. He says it was excellent having the International Ministries presented, as it gave the congregation a better understanding of the association’s global influence. As the invitation was given at the close of the service, one person raised their hand indicating their need for salvation and several indicated a fresh commitment to serving the Lord.
Pastor John and Ruth Fields have served First Baptist Church for 12 years. When the couple recently celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary, the congregation demonstrated their love for their pastor and his wife with a gift.
