The Hindals ministered on Easter Sunday at the New Life Baptist Church in Apam, Ghana. Pastor Abedu-Kennedy preached at a nearby church plant while Chris preached at his church. In the evening the youth presented a drama of the passion and resurrection of Jesus. The association of churches sponsored an Easter Monday picnic with about 350 gathering for games, food and a rally.
Chris preached and then had an opportunity to meet with the pastors for a time of interaction concerning the partnership. He challenged the pastors that as Africans they had access to several African countries not open to Americans. He told them that they bear the responsibility of sending missionaries into those countries.
