Children in India learned about the love of God at Vacation Bible School, thanks to Regular Baptist Press resources and a church in Michigan.

Hope Baptist Academy, a ministry of the New Testament Baptist Churches Association of Manipur, India, hosted VBS July 31–Aug. 4, and 870 children from preschool to 10th grade attended. They all enjoyed the program Dino Detectives: Digging for God’s Truth, previously published by Regular Baptist Press.

Regular Baptist Press International had sent the program’s materials to H. C. Stephen, director of the New Testament Baptist Churches Association, and allowed him to print as many copies as his VBS would need.

A team of seven people from Emmanuel Baptist Church, Flint, Michigan, had come to help facilitate the program. The team, including Pastor John Scally and Children’s Pastor Matt Hatton, led chapel and game times and taught classes. H. C. Stephen says, “We are so thankful to them, and some of our students and teachers reported that this was the best VBS ever!”

He continues, “Please continue to pray for the students and teachers so that we will be able to nurture these precious souls and lead the others to the feet of Christ. We are also thankful to RBP USA for allowing us to use their materials.”
