Alpine Baptist Church in Comstock Park, Mich., and Pastor Doug Compton warmly welcomed Chris Hindal on Sunday evening, Aug. 22. The congregation seemed quite interested in Gospel Literature Services, and individuals commented that they had no idea of the scope of the ministry. The church celebrated a ground-breaking in the morning as they begin an addition to their facility that includes a new gymnasium and more classroom space. It was good to catch up with Pastor Doug and Sue, as Chris has known the Compton family since college days.
