new line matsThe first products of Regular Baptist Press International in Northeast India just rolled off the press. For many years, Gospel Literature Services has attempted to open a publishing arm in Asia, but this time it has become a reality. The Council of Eight of the international partnership has agreed to serve as the board of governance, and a local committee will be responsible for the operations. They will hire a director to handle the finances and new inline councilprocess orders.

The pilot product is Regular Baptist Press Vacation Bible School materials. Its Castle Kids–themed program is now available for the India partners. Future developments include the availability of Sunday School curriculum, shipping to other non-Western countries, cultural adaptations of the resources, and translation of the materials into other languages.

Praise God for this advancement that will bring production of Biblical resources closer to its target countries and save thousands of dollars in shipping.
