“The Lord has answered all our prayers concerning our National Youth Conference,” says Joseph Akakpo, who ministers with the Association of Biblical Baptist Churches of Togo, West Africa.
The association had been praying for good weather, financial provision and safety for those traveling, and transformed lives.
More than 3,500 students attended the conference August 10–13.
Joseph says, “Rejoice with us [in the] results”: 678 students accepted Christ as Savior, 854 made spiritual decisions, and 30 decided to pursue the pastorate or missions.
“Phone calls and [text messages] are informing me every day praising the Lord with gratitude for the outcome of the conference,” Joseph says. “May His name be glorified!”
