“The last quarter (April–June) was one of the best in our 42 years of missionary/pastoral [ministry],” says Joseph Akakpo, who ministers with the Association of Biblical Baptist Churches of Togo.

One recent fruitful ministry was seminars for youth and parents in several locations, including at a church plant and at its mother church. The seminars shared the gospel with students and parents and helped Christians grow as followers of Christ.

Some attendees trusted Christ as Savior. Others—believers young and old—made decisions to turn from unfaithfulness in their daily spiritual lives.

Along with holding seminars, Joseph, his wife, and a team of people “share the Scriptures wherever we can,” Joseph says.

He says, “Glory be to the Lord who puts in our hearts to spread the Word of God wherever we have the opportunity. I praise the Lord for the dynamic team the Lord has given us, as we cannot do these [ministries] alone.”
