Dear praying Friends,

APPRECIATION:
Again, we are thankful to you for the Birthday wish by way of cards, e-mails and the wonderful comments sent through Josiah which were all read during the family and friends gathering at my 70th Birthday, March 7th 2010 reminding me of serving the Lord when I was about 30 years from the early 70’s in Liberia (Tappita, Yila, Yekepa and Monrovia) then back home in 1990, pastored in Accra up to the year 2000 and to missions (Church planting) in the Central Region up to now. We praise God for His special grace and to Him alone be the glory. We praise God for missionaries who served with BMM in the 70’s and 80’s in Liberia and all members of the First church I pastored (The Grace Baptist Church of Yekepa 1978-1990).To God be the glory.

MINISTRIES
All is going well with all of our ministries in Accra and church plants in the Central region. New Life Baptist Bible Institute is running well. Course for this month was Baptist History and was taught by Pastor Yamoah of Faith Independent Baptist church of Winneba. As we make ourselves available for service, the Lord adds to the church daily such as should be saved (Acts 2:47). To God be the Glory.

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP
Last Sunday, March 20th, we voted brother Prosper Asem, a 2006 Bible school graduate and his wife into Apam Church membership, by experience, Prosper and his wife have 9 (nine children). He has resigned from his church, and having visited with us for some few weeks with his wife, they requested by letter to join us. Be in prayer with them and us, as we prayerfully encourage them to know where to serve the Lord. They would love to serve at our church plant in Kasoa.

SPECIAL REQUEST:
The four year old Crossroads Baptist church plant in East Legon in Accra that is being pastored by Josiah Abedu- Kennedy is facing some relocation crises. For some reason, the property on which we have the church shed and Josiah’s family apartment had to be sold out. We are looking around for where to relocate the Church and Josiah’s family. Land in East Legon near the Ghana University College is quoted in thousands of dollars if you found one. Please be in prayer with us. “With God, all things are possible”.

ROGMA / MABMI OFFICE IN ACCRA .
Our office secretary, Florence has resigned since January. Our daughter Patience Addison (Mrs.) is trying to help us out for now. She goes to office at 8:30am- 3:00pm week days with her brother Josiah assisting with missions business administration and pastoring the CBC. Praise God, ROGMA ministry as well is going on. Our office rent agreement finishes by end of 2010. We may have to pay several years again for renewal. I know our Lord is in control.

Again, we are all well, serving Him.

More later.
In His service,
John and Dorcas.
